Am I protected if the package gets lost, stolen or damaged?

Yes, if you decide to accept Route Package Protection which is 1.5% of your total order value. In that case, you are covered if the package gets lost, stolen, or damaged. No matter what happens, you will have the option to have your package reshipped or your money refunded, the choice is on you.

In every case, there is a certain procedure to be followed but we are here to help and guide you through the process. We are on the same side here. You are paying for our items and the goal is to get them undamaged but if anything happens, we are here to work together so we can all be happy in the end.

If you decide to opt for insurance, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging so we strongly advise you to accept since Route Package Protection.

 Do you charge extra for shipping?

Nope, We offer free worldwide shipping.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number with an option to track it right away.

There's a mistake with my order, What can I do?
We usually ship out packages the next business day to give time to fix any mistake with address or size etc..

I Didn't receive my package, What to do?
  1. Check external locked mailboxes
  2. Contact the post office and provide your tracking number to them, Ask them if they are holding the package.
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, Please email us at [email protected]

I put the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you noticed that you put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it. Timeframe in which we can correct without any problems is 10 hours from the moment you placed your order. Please double check your address always. You bear the responsibility for putting the correct address, and our responsibility is to ship it exactly to that address. If the package is shipped to the wrong address, Route Package protection does not cover it and we will not be able reship or refund. 

What should I do if I get a wrong item ?
If you have received a wrong item, Please contact us and we will quickly advise and fix the issue, A mistake like that can happen rarely as we're all human :).
